Cristabelle Braden is a brain injury survivor who has set out to bring a voice to this invisible injury. She began to write music while in rehabilitation from her TBI, and is now a nationally touring singer/songwriter, speaker, and the founder of #HopeAfterHeadInjury. This was filmed entirely on the #HopeSurvives Tour for #BrainInjuryAwarenessMonth 2017. Cristabelle traveled all over the Eastern US visiting brain injury support groups, rehab centers, hospitals, and more spreading hope through music. These are some of the survivors she met along the way!
